Recalled seeing something on the JCT website and here it is (from 2015 or 2016)

We are pleased to announce that JCT has been sucessful in a tender to develop a track and trace system for the SES. The purpose is to develop a technological solution to track assets in the field including volunteers therby improving the ability to deliver services and improve the safety of volunteers in the field. This work continues JCT and Vitacoms history of delivering the paging network for the CFS across SA.
