Don't agree about cap raising.
They already have ~ $3.5 mill cash plus $2.5 mill from Francis Creek....plus government grant etc.
If it is a raising it will be A JV type "strategic" equity deal.
I think this is more startegic than a "sophisticated investor" raising.
