Im still not 100% sure what you are asking.
The EBIT is $1 to $1.2M.
Interest will be approx 6.5% p.a. = $208,000 for the 6 months.
Facility fees are approx $85,000 for the 6 months (not sure if this is included in interest expense or in bank fees).
So I forecast NPBT is $800,000 to $1M for the 6 months or $715,000 to $$915,000 (if facility fees under interest).
