A house built to 0.5mm accuracy will probably crack with thermal expansion? lol.

They said they can build to 0.5mm accuracy, doesn't mean the bricks are placed 0.5mm apart. When building, they'd take into consideration the thermal expansion in bricks and place those bricks apart by the required distance (which that distance would then be to a 0.5mm accuracy including a relevant safety factor). If I have to expand that any further for you then don't bother discussing thermodynamics and engineering.

Also, the more optimized you make something, the more fragile it becomes? lol.

Maybe the more optimized you REQUIRE something to be, the more fragile it becomes, but certainly not your statement.

However I do agree that 0.5mm or 1mm makes little difference at this stage of the game.
