I dont think we will have to worry about rehab lol, long way away and with the vultures circling around the basin ie min,beach and the chinese don't close your eyes.
as far as the sp goes I don't like to be neg but NWE really as operators and no money are definitely a target, wounded prey and easy pickings. if that happened who would be the new operator?
