With-out knowing what is being discussed no one can really say.
As of right now...AGY has ZERO assets.
It seems no one read the QQ deal.
The deal said the FUTURE pricing would be based on LCE market prices. The STAGE 3 isn't about locking in current LCE prices...it's about locking in CURRENT LCE supply.
With that said...NOT selling 500 tones of LCE at $18,000 ton now for 10M (remember in 3 months...we actually need to sell it)...Instead of trying to get a couple extra grand is race track talk or pokies crap.
Any deal done now...would have the 500 tones in March as a side note and more then likely...pre-payment.
That sale moves the SP...and THAT'S what we are here for.
I'm not here to empire build...I'm here for my price target.
The SP will barely move after PA confirms 99.5%.
A actual LCE SALE for S1, S2 and S3 will move the SP. $$
