The annual report is at 30/06/07. Maybe there were 4070 holders then, and now there could be more (4500). So, hence if all participate, "up to $21.5M" can be achieved.

I am not dure on benchmark takeup rates (understanding it depends on current sp attractiveness), but I think they will fall short as I have never heard of 100% participation.

I wonder if the company really requires the $21.5M, or will accept whatever comes in. It is afterall, to reward existing holders.

Anyways, I am happy as I should get my full load.
