Thanks for the context. This project certainly needs certainty and if what you say is true a definitive statement from government(s) would help provide that.
Reading between the lines it could be the ABG has another developer in mind, Kalia perhaps?? There seems to be no affection for RTG. If for whatever reason the BCL licence is extended what then??
