This could actually be good news...the issue is almost certainly about the right to commence drilling on the land...tomorrow could very well be the day that they clear up the final issue and formally announce that drilling has begun...clearly there has been a last minute issue of some kind that has delayed drilling which was originally planned to start before 20th October and if it was a show stopper then it is unlikely that it would be the kind of thing that could be resolved overnight...

Announcement tomorrow will be that last minute unexpected hurdle is cleared and drilling can officially begin...
