re: deal worth 23 cps; currently .054! Am I misinterpreting something or is the deal just announced worth almost 23 cps to GDN?

With 137.5 m shares on offer and $6m garnered from the sale of its Leonora tenement, GDN would appear to be trading at approx 1/4 of the value of this one deal!

Add in the value of its other gold tenements and this is one seriously undervalued explorer.

Today's action is also interesting from a chart perspective since a close above .052 cents represents technical breakout according to respected chart analyst, Cath Davey of Investorweb. She has GDN pegged as a "big mover." Check out the history for an idea of how hard this nag can run.

Have I misconstrued something or is this deal every bit as good as it appears to be?
