Still don't see why they'd mention the specific drilling hole TD004 (permit area is called EL3195) if it had anything to do with native title, permits, etc...

The exact hole number would be irrelevent, so why is it mentioned?

2/10 ann - "Argonaut’s Joint Venture partners, Straits, will be progressing with camp development and drill preparation, with the expectation that drilling can commence by early November 2007

...This approval allows for the establishment of a camp and the land-based drilling of holes into the Torrens Copper-Gold target from Andamooka Island."

I am guessing because the information is not completely material to the share price of Straits (being only a small exploration project of their many others), they are not required to also go into a halt. With ARE it may be quite significant to the share price.

hmmm.. can only wait and see. Everything is plausible of course.
