The only bit of useful information I have found here is the 'Mining Global' article. But how credible is it, and how old is it?
I see two bits of crucial information there: the imminent capital raising from the West African Bank of $12m, and the claim that production will begin in Q1 2018.
So why the Rights Issue? Maybe to give those in the know a chance to grab another chunk. Yeah, that's it!!!
