Yes, I had trouble too with the bloody upgrade notice again this morning - so yes, worked out after 5 attempts that 'upgrade later' got me straight in!!

I didn't even realise I had it until I phoned customer service one day and they said "Would you like us to put you through to your Silver Service consultant?" - So after a fraction of a seconds 'wtf' thought - I said yes please, of course, and life has been brilliant ever since.
