Very obvious that the strategy by Mr Capper is not to accumulate but to keep the SP down.

Otherwise we wouldn't have low volume days like this.

Mr Capper wants to keep the SP down to lower the 15-Day VWAP as much as possible.

There's a sweet spot just before the SP will start going up due to drilling and I reckon we're there right now.

Now would be the best time to make a T/O offer because the 15-Day VWAP is low and we are not too close to drilling.

Next week won't cut it because the 15-Day VWAP should be 2-3 cents higher next week.
