If we have doubts that the company has not released information that is material to the market you can always go to the regulatory watchdog if you so choose. Me, I just think this is all irrational fear mongering and being the contrarian investor I am, will buy some more. The focus on one announcement and whether the payment has or has not been made is myopic. Look to the bigger picture. The CannEpil deals alone are potential game changers. Remember for every seller at the moment there is someone buying! Maybe they know something more than those selling.
