Hi all its my first post on the topic here and interesting to see your comments and discussions
Some observations here it is great to see that the price has gone up and some early investors are now showing good profits if and when you actually sell them
My thoughts are these it is far too early to say if this company can deliver on what it has said it will do and be able to transform a good idea into sustainable business activities
To have a company valued at 640 million dollars when they have not even implemented some of the existing contracts is bordering on wishful thinking and lots of blue sky rather than any rational logical business valuation they are saying trust us to do what we say we will do
No one has said how the company will be able to integrate their computer app cause really that is all it is across both the existing companies they have signed with and are planning to do !!!!
As far as the amazon master franchise Jeff Bezos is smart enough not to put all of his distribution channels in the hand of a largely unproven company all he has done is sign an agreement and if they cannot deliver he simply walks away
Additionally they are not the only players in the area and who is to say that that another player cannot come in and do exactly the same thing As for the capital raising nice to have the money in the bank but the question is how do you spend it and what do you do with it though it seems to have stabilisized the share price at least in the short term
A problem with a lot of the discussion here is that we are trying to make informed opinion when we have no factual knowledge and i wonder what was told to the investors in the placement that has not been disclosed to us !!!!
Any thoughts or comments ?????

Neil,
Thanks for dropping by to educate us all on business execution risk, you shouldn't have bothered though because it is stating the obvious. People usually do not outlay capital unless they have assessed the risks and judged the potential rewards to be greater.
I think you need to find another cause to pursue.
