This Basin is chocker with hydrocarbons. It has been identified as one of the ten best basins in the world. It is just starting to get recognised.
When NWE drilled Arrowsmith they hit a bit of oil that prompted the local government to say it was pretty big. Oil and gas are both down there. At the moment AWE is under attack for proving up one of the best gas basins WA has had for over 40 years. Waitsia. And it is getting bigger. And NWE are next door.
NWE has very good permits full of potential. NWE are very excited.
The whole Perth Basin is excited.
