Sad to see people stuck in their mindset on how things can change for the better while the company is bordering on collapse dependent on the funding deal. This capital raising is not going to make two bits of difference. Ask the company where is the pacific road funding deal or else come 31st December 2017 the company has to pay back the loan to Orion fund. No ifs and buts about it folks, the Orion fund loan is a secured against asset loan so shareholders will lose everything while Orion fund will be on top of the list of people getting money first. It says that exactly in the annual report, look it up.
31st December 2017 is less than 3 weeks away.
