You're absolutely right and that's the magic of high pricing, you gotta take your opportunities where you find them. Look at Fortesque, has been absolutely creaming it. I had an old friend in retail that used to say "the secret to making money in retail is to learn that once the profit from your sales have covered your costs, from then on the profit on every sale is net profit . . gross becomes net.
