Nzuri Copper Limited (Company) requests a trading halt of its securities be granted by ASX effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement regarding a material capital raising by the Company.
The Trading halt will last until the earlier of commencement of trading on Friday 15 December 2017 or the release to the market of an announcement in relation to the capital raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
