This is mostly GREAT news, earlier cash flows from DSO can anyone give us a ball-park revenue from 1mt p/a of DSO?
Bad news: Capex for stage 1 has already blown out by 17% and that is a worrying number. Yes some if that is to facilitate the DSO plus set up for stage 2 and the overall total of $274m is not obscene.
But if blowouts in the vicinity of 15%-20% are going to become a regular thing, the market will go sour on PLS.
