It could be argued that there is a bullish cup and handle formation within a consolidation box forming on NEC's weekly chart. I have found cup and handle's to be one of the better chart trading patterns, particularly on longer timeframes. As with any pattern they are always open to interpretation. Increased volume on a break above $1.62 for some confirmation of the pattern could prompt more buying interest.
