I was expecting an announcement like this at or before the 2017 AGM. All the news media reports pointed to it.
I tend to think that KB and the crew just wanted to get out this "pending good news" before the ASX 200 listing. Perhaps so we, the party faithful, could top up one more time if necessary, before the big money comes in.
