At least I'm glad you didn't even try to pretend Howards claim to fame was true. But getting back to lower paid people, are you saying they should be grateful for what they get or are you saying because they don't pay much in the way of income tax they're better off ????????????? If you can't see how it is harder for people with less to just survive, it's because you don't want to. The GST is payable by everyone whether they be a billionaire or a pensioner. Unfortunately with people such as yourself, if you're ok that's all that matters, instead of feeling lucky you look down your nose at others less fortunate. I realise it's probably against your nature but try to put yourself in someones less fortunate shoes & see how'd you cope. I feel so much for pensioners & the lower paid, these are proud people too but desperately need help, let's just hope you never get any real power.
