The fact is, the diggers owe a lot to the PNG locals for their assistance in their war efforts and I'm sure they would be very please to see thier PNG colieges benefit from improving their standards of living and health, bringing a reduction in infant and general mortality....who are we to stand in the way of an initiative to raise the living standards on the PNG people, "SHAME ON AUSTRALIA"....seems some are becoming as self inolved & arrogant as the yanks
