    Takeover by BT I believe was rubbish.
    Merger with unlisted UK Telco will happen shortly, with the lawyers at present, I believe.

    I presume longterm holders are already set in the stock, as merger has been leaked to the market for some time now, and short-term traders may have got nervous in case of a lengthy suspension.
