So what happens "after" the MPA gets signed? IMO...The MPA will formally set up a strategic coorporation between ECT, NMDC and NLC. So it is basically an extension of the Tripartite Agreement. So basically, the MPA will guide future engagements/agreements between these companies with a view to execute their strategic direction (which is to build an integrated Coldry-Matmor plant). So in plain English, signing the MPA does not mean that the integrated plant will be built immediately thereafter the signing. Based on the progress to date, I expect construction to begin late 2018/early 2019. Happy for others to share their views on what happens "after" the MPA gets signed.

Based on progress to date, I don't think it's wise that you make any guesses about proposed build times when management themselves have been so far off the mark that it's laughable, unless of course you know something the rest of us don't?
