Colb I am not sure what you are after so here is a summary of my reserach on JAT,ABT etc.

Disclaimer: I have done plenty of research on this but everything is imo. DYOR. I don't believe that I have the right to post negative opinions about companies on HC. I am happy to present my interpretation of what is going on but won't nominate the responsible party/ individual. After all they are my opinions. Not facts. They are based on facts but others may feel different looking at the same facts. Positive opinions are ok to present on HC, even if misguided sometimes.

I think that JAT is legitimate and looks like a good investment to me. I would like to think that cash receipts and other information that is reported in JAT 4cs, annual reports etc is true. They have been operating for a while now. It has taken them years to learn the market and establish connections. I would imagine reported cash receipts etc would be under scrutiny from the companies manufacturing the products that JAT are marketing if they were untrue. I haven't heard complaints from them. So I have no reason to think that there is a problem with JATs revenues and sales. I have found nothing in Anns to make me suspicious of anything reported. I don't think there is any smoke or mirrors there. They seem to have toiled hard to get where they are now from what seemed to be a unsuccessful energy play. DYOR. IMO

It is a different situation with ABT in many ways. ABT is relatively new and unproven. The SP has tanked over the last month or so. I think it because investors are cross referencing information in Anns with information in other Anns and from other sources such as the annual report to get a more complete picture. It is all there but you have to tease it out. After looking past the promotional aspect of these anns and evaluating and analysing the content I can only conclude that there is a lot of urgency atm. Imo the latest placement (after just receiving about 3 million CR in October) is making a big statement about the current position of ABT. DYOR. IMO.
