Xylem are acquiring Pure Technologies for CAD$509m, who have consolidated revenue of CAD$126m, and are EBITDA positive to the tune of CAD$21m. So, 4 x revenue multiple.
Pure are into leak detection in centralised pipe networks, so judging by @lordearl 's article above, this could prove to be a timely acquisition for Xylem.
