    My Notes:

Ex Angry holder, so these may be biased. Overall nothing new and the same grain that we are being fed.

    1. Not convinced. Profitability is not any time soon. The focus on scalability sounds good on face value, but using Uber as a comparison is poor. Uber at 15b mcap (according to GG) is cash flow negative with a hell amount of dilution. At this rate, we will have 3bill shares on issue by this time next year. At 67m Mcap, they need to justify it with revenue. Otherwise, SYT should be a third of this.
(Note, Uber is looking to IPO with a 68B evaluation and a 2.2B loss for the last 9 months. Uber drivers in the UK have an income just slightly over minimum wage)

    2. Oversubscribed CR...then why raise so low?

    3. Data is only getting cheaper. 40GB plans now readily available and very affordable. By the time they "Scale", their product will be obsolete.

    4. Install base: 8.1% increase last month and the 25% QonQ growth. Poor metric. How many active users? Is that going up and if so how quick? How much $ per customer on average?

    5. Marketing manager. Quit. Video is approx 80% of all data. You should market to your target audience, not own media. Find some popular you tubers and pay them to plug in your product.

    6. Focus on revenue generating opportunities. Dataflex should be prioritized not delayed. Why not utilize your assets now? Make some money from Dataflex and use that revenue for scaling? You are in a competitive industry..why are you waiting?

    7. Why delay commercialization of data mining? This is a very hot emerging tech trend and could be a revenue stream right now! Analytical insights...

2018 will look like 2017 in my opinion.

Good luck to all holders. Will jump back in when the Mcap falls to a third of this or they start producing meaning revenue.
