I've often wondered about the buybacks.
Do the partners, who took up the extra % initially and went for the risk of deeper drilling, have the option to keep that portion rather than sell?
ie .. if discovery was huge, why should the cautious ones be able to re-enter at a set penalty price? or is the re-entry price based on the size of the discovery?
