In hindsight, this move by PVDM was way overdue.
IMO when PVDM took over the reigns as CEO last year (prior to LDN's arrival) his time and energies away from his R and D, he now probably regrets. Am sure it's now likewise with the BOARD. There's been significant strides made in the Company since LDN's arrival. The downside of with all this of course is the piles of executive admin and just day to day minutia needing to be processed and signed off by the Board.
I'm sure it was at PVDM's insistence that it was time to keep all this at arms length.
