I have only just had a chance to look at the annual report that was released in the last couple of days.
Perhaps the most interesting part was Pg III and IV - Managing Directors Report. Lange has given a run-down of how acquisitions have now slotted into distinct service divisions. While this plan has not been particularly clear in the last 12 months with focus placed on the processing of each individual acquisition, the latest comments really show how these purchases are fitting together in a very calculated manner. The individual acquisitions have morphed into the overall big picture in an extremely interesting way. It's a very clever piece of strategic planning I believe. A very sturdy business platform seems to have been created and the next few years are looking extremely positive.
If you haven't bothered looking at the report in detail due to its bulk, it is worth having a read of these couple of pages at least. An interesting read.
