Since this is a chart thread, might as well talk about the chart here.
FBR oversold today. Last time the RSI got this low was Feb 2nd, except this time it is lower than the 200 day EMA so absolutely oversold.
There were some big sells at the end which look like it was being sold off, but actually the VWAP was above 17, so to me indicates powerful accumulation.
At this SP and given the company potential this is good value speculative buying IMO
