My proxy form arrived yesterday, I should say another proxy form arrived in the mail yesterday.
There was not a letter or anything to explain what another form was sent for, in fact I almost through it out as junk mail or some mistake.
I am wondering how many share holders have done the same thing, throw the new form in the bin and vote on the old form.
As now I have discovered after reading the new form it is very different.
My question is should this new form, now have to go through a 28day notice of a meeting time ?
