My only thought as to why WKT needs the other $6.7 Mil prior to the mining license being granted, are they confident in gaining the mining license very soon? The Tanzania Website is being upgraded, and the Portal has not been updated for over a week, It was being updated daily.
I am sure the DFS says something like WKT needs to fund upto 20% of the Graphite project ? could the $6.7mil be set aside to fund the project ?
The longterm shareholders will take up there full offer, with the added 15c option,
the short term traders are more that likely the ones who are selling out now.
