You might get a lot of things (I'd bet on you recovering your money in full first) but you won't get "sorry we were totally incompetent and we didn't tell you the truth" out of these characters, who probably made enough out of SGH to see them in comfort for the rest of their worthless lives.
Were that this were true for investors who made the mistake of trusting them.
