RTA and FMS signed the Alliance Agreement on 26th February 2014 and became obsolete as of 31st December 2015. Refer to the attached file for further reference.
This agreement established FMS as the "foundation customer" for the Balla Balla Export Facility, vocabulary that is still used today.
Looking back to this period there has been without a doubt some major changes and progress in the right direction.
One certain aspect of this agreement that has not changed is the PIOP.
It has always been about the PIOP.
The BRI Rail Aust Pty Ltd Agreement 2017 which has received the royal assent emphasises this once again.
