why don't you ask the f*cking question as to why those countries feel a need to protect themselves with nuclear weapons??? Why f*ckwit Yak did the US not invade NKorea and institute regime change there?? There is a threat to this world Yak - a threat imposed upon it by the US and its ability to pre emptively strike other countries.
