The 15-Dec deadline is NOT for the funds to be due - this is a misconception
Today is the deadline for the conditions precedent's (CPs) to be met (or waived).
Once the CPs are met or waived, the placement becomes irrevocable & its as good as having the funds.
We should be told by COB today (one would imagine) if the CPs have in fact been met (or waived).
