Oh so you know how it's legally binding in contractual law? You have some basis for that claim? It's a bit like me saying I own a bridge to sell but won't supply the deed of ownership. Thankfully lots of people took the bait and are now, 2 years later enjoying the fruit of this MOU with a 1 cent price.
