Still no clarification from S & P - I would argue that there is a problem if A2M knew last Friday that S&P had made an omission in their market announcement - ( IMO) they should have put the stock in trading halt - All of the retail investors have been trading this week on the assumption A2M had missed ASX 100 inclusion - If institutions have been trading with knowledge thats not available to all shareholders or potential shareholders then surely there has been a breach of the listing rules.
