One can mine anything but you need logistic, transport and processing facilities. All those takes lots of money and time. BDR does not that sufficient logistic at current stage.

That is what was biggest issue this year. BDR could not manage Excavation, Transport and Processing.

BDR is trying to upgrade processing facility. THAT NEEDS CASH, LOTS OF CASH. BDR is short on cash (just 4 mill in bank)

Capital Raising (CR) is Imminent. My estimate is around 10 Mill Cash Injection. Capital Raising is already reflected in BDR share price.
