I'll just clarify my post of 14/12 re SPP unknown prior price. It wasn't my intention to imply the system was illegal.
On the contrary to my knowledge it is quite an accepted and legal way to have a capital raising, as I think you will find a few much larger companies had adopted this method over the last few years.
