with more difficulties in credit and recent rubicon deals and release of escrow i believe some big holrders are selling down
im looking to get into it
im big on property trusts and if they hold their capital value, the yield is fantastic and the market unfortunately and unfairly punishes them
looking into near future i believe afg will still drop and will look to buy in @7 and average down every 30-50 cents if it drops further
then after nov they will improve
they also need to give us more details on the rubicon deal re targets, buybacks, free shares if any
they need to entice the market in LPTs as i believe in the future ALLCO-Rubicon WILL be the benchmark for all LPTs and i wanna be a part of that sector big time just not now
