the buy and sell sides in my view are not worth looking at in most stocks. Drawing inferences from them is even more dangerous, especially the buy side as anyone can put those in the screen. The experts can actually use them to make it look how they want, in which case if you act on how it looks you are actually being deceived by the big boys.
So don't look.
