I'm intrigued as to why the Californian Tajiguas landfill project should come up when you Google 'Sbang' and 'Shenton'? The project aims to "modify current waste management operations at the existing landfill site by adding a materials recovery facility (MRF) and dry fermentation anaerobic digestion (AD) facility"...and to increase diversion to 89%.
