Hello All BKP Investors. Its good to see some questions being asked!

I recieved my Proxy form on friday with the AGM details.

Resolution 7 - After speaking to the company secretary
on friday with my concerns, this is my interpreting on this issue.
I repeat "These are my views on this topic"

a) Company will raise capital to fund new Oil Production Fields/including exploration upside. The number of shares to be issued will depend of the entry cost of the new fields.

b) 343 + 33 + 200 million shares = 576 million shares. The company is very aware of not over diluting the number of share on issue. The Directors mentioned this at last years AGM, and this view has not changed!

c) If extra shares are issued in the SPP , i think you will find that the company will adjust the number down on the 200 million maximun shares.

D) I believe the company Directors are not in flavor of issueing shares above 600 million .

E) Investors , this is the new strategy of company. When a company raises capital for Producing Assets, which being in instant INCOME, the diluting of shares becomes a non topic!
The company is not raising capital for ONE purpose, Business running cost .

This vision is just amazing! In some 12 to 18 months, we could see BKP having 5 to 6 La Punta Fields, with each field containing exploration upside from new drilling targets!

With oil likely to be above US $70 dollars a barrel for the foreseeable Future, What bloody arguement have you got?

Any Investor who does not like what the company is doing , then please GET OUT NOW!
