As a novice (but learning) investor, I consider FLC in this light...if I study up on FLC and learn everthing I can about the company and its main players, if I consider how important I think water treatment is going to be (even more so than it is now) - if I think about all of that but ignore the chart, do I think it's a buy? Damn right I do.
