There is no value in the agency, they dont even have 200 agents anymore, a lot have left to other agencies already. Also, operating another brand and keeping the branding of SLP essentially means you are competing against yourself. This does not make any sense. This is not a game changer it will either result as a huge burden on The Agency's balance sheet if they complete the deal after the DD period or The Agency wont complete the deal with SVT and they will have effectively purchased their loan book for $500k (the loan they have provided SVT).
